Producer

We raise heritage livestock including Silver Appleyard ducks. The Silver Appleyard is considered one of the best layers among the heavy weight ducks, producing large eggs. They are currently considered "threatened" on the Livestock Conservancy's Conservation Priority List.

The Silver Appleyard is an excellent forager. All our ducks are free ranged on the farm to forage for natural food sources. They are put up in enclosures only at night to protect them from predators.
